Kyt Jimenez exploded for 32 points as he helped the Sarangani Marlins beat the very physical Bacoor City Strikers. Gabby Espinas dominated the paint, particularly at the offensive end with his 22 point outburst. Also contributing for the Sarangani Marlins are Ivan Ludovice, Regie Boy Basibas and Donald Gumaru who tallied 15, 8, and 6 points respectively.
RJ Ramirez scored 21 points for the Bacoor City Strikers but his efforts turn to naught after they let the Sarangani Marlins take control. Mark Pangilinan and Edzel Mag-isa added 20 and 11 points respectively but they are the only other players who scored in double digits.
