During the transfer window from 08 to 14 of August 2022, the Marikina Shoemasters released Irvin Mendoza, Joseph Terso, Mat Gines, JR Raflores, Alfren Gayosa and Seasn Jamora from the team. Joseph Terso and JR Raflores transferred to the Caloocan Excellence. Meanwhile, Alfren Gayosa was picked up by the Imus City Bandera. Irvin Mendoza, Sean Jamora and Mat Gines became free agents.
Enzo Joson is emerging as the new leader for the Marikina Shoemasters as his offensive skills became a focal point in Marikina's attack. Nonetheless, homegrown Yves Sazon remains a big contributor to the team's offense. Other homegrown players in the current squad are Bruce Fortuno, Kyle Tolentino who is playing for the Letran Knights at the moment, RR Casajeros, Ahron Estacio, Carlo Dava, Jexter Tolentino and Mark Terrence Garcia.
