After a heartbreaking loss against the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards in the North Division Finals of the MPBL, the San Juan Kings made their debut in the Pilipinas Super League (PSL) in a 95-80 win against the Cabuyao Homelab Nation last December 15, 2022. They followed it up with another win against the Bulacan Koponang Lakan a week later on December 22, 2022.
