The Cignal HD Spikers are looking to make a splash in the 2023 PVL (Premiere Volleyball League) All-Filipino Conference. Led by veteran outside hitter Rachel Anne Daquis, the team aims to reach the finals and hopefully win the trophy. Aiding Daquis are fellow outside hitters Ces Molina, Jerrili Malabanan and Graze Bombita.
Gyzelle Sy and Gel Cayuna are serving as setters for the team. In addition, middle blockers Jacqueline Acuna, Gen Casugod, Roselyn Doria and Ria Meneses will patrol the net. Meanwhile, Glaudine Troncoso and Toni Rose Basas will serve as opposite spikers. Lastly, Bia General and Jheck Dionela are the liberos.

The Cignal HD Spikers starts their campaign in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference against the Chery Tiggo Crossovers on February 07, 2023 at 06:00 PM. Their next foe will be the Creamline Cool Smashers on February 09, 2023 at 04:00 PM.
On February 14, 2023, the HD Spikers will battle the Akari Chargers at 04:00 PM then follow it up versus the Petro Gazz Angels on February 18, 2023 also at 04:00 PM.
The team's next assignment will be the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers on February 25, 2023 at 06:00 PM. Thereafter, the team will face the Choco Mucho Flying Titans on March 02, 2023 at 04:00 PM. The team's last two (2) opposition are the PLDT High-Speed Hitters and Army Lady Troopers on March 11 and March 16 respectively.
