The PLDT High-Speed Hitters are back for another shot at a PVL (Premier Volleyball League) trophy, this time at the 2023 PVL Open Conference. Still leading the team is veteran Mika Reyes together with setters Rhea Dimaculangan and Wendy Semana. The Middle blockers of PLDT, aside from Mika Reyes, are Dell Palomata, Jessey De Leon and Rachel Austero.
The outside hitters of PLDT are Mean Mendrez, Jules Samonte, Ysa Jimenez, Fiola Ceballos and Jovy Prado. Meanwhile, Erika Santos and Michelle Morente will serve as the opposite spikers. Finally, Kath Arado and Iza Viray are the Liberos. Coach Rald Ricafort is the head coach of the PLDT High-Speed Hitters for the 2023 PVL Open Conference.

The PLDT High-Speed Hitters will face the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers in their first game of the season on February 07, 2023 at 04:00 PM. They will then battle the Army Lady Troopers on February 16, 2023 at 06:00 PM.
On February 21, 2023, the High-Speed Hitters' next assignment are the Chery Tiggo Crossovers at 06:00 PM. Two (2) Days later on February 23, 2023, the team will play the Akari Chargers at 06:00 PM.
The High-Speed Hitters will return to the court on March 07, 2023 for their matchup against the favored Creamline Cool Smashers at 04:00 PM. Thereafter, the team will battle the Cignal HD Spikers on March 11, 2023 at 06:00 PM. Finally, PLDT will end its campaign against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans on March 16, 2023 at 04:00 PM.
