PVL Results 2023: February 4, 2023 Scores

The Choco Mucho Flying Titans and the Creamline Cool Smashers recorded wins in the opening day of the 2023 Premiere Volleyball League (PVL) 2023 All-Filipino Conference at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Cubao, Quezon City.

Choco Mucho 3-0 Akari Chargers

Bea De Leon, Kat Tolentino and Isa Molde all scored in double digits with 11, 11 and 10 points respectively.  Meanwhile, Deanna Wong contributed 21 excellent sets.

Dindin Santiago-Manabat led the Akari Chargers with 17 points while Janine Nicole Marciano added 12 points. They are the only Akari Players to score in double figures.

Creamline 3-0 Petro Gazz

In the second game, the Creamline Cool Smashers overpowered the Petro Gazz Angels, 3-0, despite the absence of Alyssa Valdez who is currently nursing an injury. Celine Domingo and Michele Gumabao topscored for the Cool Smashers with 13 points each. Tots Carlos contributed 11 points while Jeannette Panaga, Jema Galanza and Julia De Guzman scattered 10, 6 and 1 point respectively.

The Petro Gazz Angels failed to welcome Coach Oliver Almandro with a win. Nicole Tiamzon and Aiza Pontillas fired 10 points each while Grethcel Soltones added 9 points in their team's losing cause. Jia De Guzman of Creamline earned the best player of the game award after recording 27 excellent sets.
