The Pampanga Giant Lanterns are now 13-0 and still lead the whole MPBL in the team standings. The defending champions Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards, however, are just a lost away and will definitely fight to defend their crown.
For its next three games, the Pampanga Giant Lanterns will face the Rizal Golden Coolers on June 20, 2023, the Pasay Voyagers on June 26. 2023 and finally the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards on July 1, 2023. The clash between the Giant Lanterns and the Rice Vanguards will definitely be a blockbuster.
The question now is can the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards put a stop to the unbeaten run of the Lanterns? Or will the Giant Lanterns break the winning run of the Rive Vanguards who won all of the elimination games last season?
