Joining Justine Baltazar and Encho Serrano as starters for the North Division Squad are Robby Celiz of the Makati OKBet Kings, Orlan Wamar Jr of the San Juan Knights and Will Mcaloney of the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards.
The reserves for the 2023 MPBL North Division All-star team are Ryan Costelo of the Pasig MCW Sports, Jboy Gob of the Rizal Golden Coolers, Emman Calo of Makati OKBet Kings, Felipe Chavez of the Marikina Shoemasters and Adrian Nocum of the San Juan Knights.
