The DLSU Lady Spikers are the UAAP women's volleyball champion in Season 85 (2023) and they will defend their crown this season 86. The Lady Spikers will be led by last year's rookie-MVP Angel Canino along with Julia Coronel, Thea Gagate, and Amie Provido.
The other members of the squad are Lyka Mae De Leon, Katrina Mae Del Castillo, Krystal Lyka Hernandez, Shevana laput, Princess Larrosa and Alleiah Malaluan. Completing the team are Baby Jyne Soreno, Julyana Tolentino and Gillanna Louise Torres. Ramil De Jesus will still be the head coach of the DLSU Lady Spikers in Season 86.
