Here are the latest team standings of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) as of April 28, 2024. There's already a lot of movement since our last update last week.
Batangas City Tanduay Athletics, and Negros Muscovados have already suffered losses. The only remaining unbeaten teams now are the Rizal Golden Coolers, San Juan Knights and Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards in the North Division.
Meanwhile, the Zamboanga Master Sardines, Paranaque Patriots, Quezon Huskers and Binan Tatak Gel are undefeated in the South Division. On the other side of the spectrum, Caloocan Batang Kankaloo and Marikina Shoemasters have yet to record a win.
The Imus Agimat, Bicolandia Oragons and the Muntinlupa Cagers are also winless at this point of the season. While there are still many games left in their schedule, they need to rack up wins now since it would be more difficult to win as the race to the playoffs tighten at the final stretch of the season.
