Here are the latest team standings of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) as of May 25, 2024. There are only three (3) remaining undefeated teams: Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards and San Juan Knights in the North Division, and the Quezon Huskes in the South Division.
The Binan Tatak Gel suffered their first loss of the season at the hands of the Manila SV Batang Sampaloc SGA. Incidentally, Greg Slaughter finally made his MPBL debut on the said game.
The defending champion Pampanga Giant Lanterns are also not far behind with a record of 7-1. They still have to play the three undefeated teams which means Pampanga can still clinch the number one seed in the entire league.
