Cyrus Tabi put together a solid and workmanlike stretch in the 2025 MPBL season, carving out a dependable role through consistent minutes, efficient scoring, and strong contributions across the stat sheet.
Across 31 games played (excluding the no-appearance entry), Tabi averaged 24.7 minutes per game, reflecting steady trust from the coaching staff. He posted 10.2 points per contest, providing reliable secondary scoring while rarely forcing shots.
Efficiency remained a key part of his game. Tabi finished the season shooting 43.1% from the field, doing much of his damage inside the arc while picking his spots from the perimeter. From three-point range, he connected on 34.7%, enough to stretch defenses and punish closeouts.
Beyond scoring, Tabi consistently filled the box score. He averaged 6.0 rebounds per game, showing activity on both ends of the floor, while also dishing out 5.4 assists per outing, underlining his value as a facilitator. Defensively, he was an active presence, recording 1.9 steals per game, and added 0.2 blocks, often disrupting passing lanes and triggering transition opportunities.
Tabi’s most complete performance came on June 30 against Zamboanga Sikat, where he erupted for 21 points in 32:51 minutes, shooting 60% from the field and 60% from three (3/5). He complemented his scoring with 10 rebounds and 9 assists, narrowly missing a triple-double in one of the season’s strongest individual outings.
Another standout game followed on June 16 versus Davao Occidental, as he poured in 17 points on 62.5% shooting, hit both three-point attempts, and went perfect from the free-throw line. His efficiency and playmaking helped control the tempo throughout the contest.
Efficiency also defined his April 8 performance against Sarangani, where he scored 12 points on a perfect 4-for-4 shooting night, including 1-for-1 from beyond the arc. Earlier, on April 30 versus Basilan, he added 12 points on 80% shooting, while on March 25 against Manila, he tallied 10 points on 83.3% efficiency in limited minutes.
While not always the focal point of the offense, Cyrus Tabi proved to be a dependable, two-way contributor. With averages of 24.7 minutes, 10.2 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.9 steals, 0.2 blocks, along with 43.1% shooting from the field and 34.7% from three, his season was defined by balance, consistency, and timely high-impact performances that reinforced his value in the MPBL rotation.
