MPL means Mobile Legends Professional League. MPL Philippines is a professional electronic sports (e-sports) league which is arguably the biggest Mobile Legends Bang Bang Tournament in the country. It is currently on its seventh (7th) season and it features ten (10) teams divided into two (2) groups.
In the playoffs, the champion will bring home a USD 25,000.00 grand prize while the 1st and 2nd runners up will bag USD 13,000.00 and USD 7,000.00 respectively. Meanwhile, each team receives a weekly allowance of USD 250.00 during the regular season. Nonetheless, they will get the chance to earn prize money not exceeding USD 600.00 per match.
