The Zamboanga City Los Valientes is the official team of the City of Zamboanga in the inaugural Mindanao Leg of the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup which will tentatively open on May 30, 2021 in Dipolog City, Zamboanga Del Norte. Zamboanga City Los Valientes will compete against other Mindanao-based teams including the Ozamiz Cotta, Pagadian Explorers, Roxas Vanguards, Sindangan Saints, Misamis Oriental Brew Authoritea, and Kapatagan Buffalo Braves to determine the Mindanao Leg Champion.
The winner of the Mindanao Leg will battle the KCS Mandaue Computer Specialists team who recently won the Visayas Leg championship trophy after they thrashed the Talisay Aquastars, 2-1, in their best-of-three series held at the Alcantara Civic Center in Cebu.

The Zamboanga City Los Valientes team will parade several homegrown talents such as Rudy Lingganay who played a vital role in the recent season of the Makati Supercrunch in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League. Gino Jumao-as who is also an MPBL mainstay will share the lead role for the Valientes Team. Jens Knuttel and hometown hero Das Esa will also play a key role for the Valientes team of Zamboanga City.
Reinforcing the team are MPBL champions Jhonard Clarito, Larry Rodriguez, and Mac Mac Cardona who all played for the San Juan Knights during their championship run in the MPBL Datu Cup. Former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and Manila Stars forward Gabby Espinas was also signed by the Zamboanga City Los Valientes to provide veteran guidance and strong presence inside the paint.
