Alyssa Valdez is the undisputed scoring queen of the PVL. The Phenom tallied a total of 164 points in the nine elimination games that she played for an average of 18.22 points per game. Even in a per set basis, Alyssa Valdez remains the top scorer as her 4.56 points per set is the highest in the league.

The Phenom opened the league with a 20 point outburst in Creamline's First game against Sta. Lucia. It was even a stronger ending for her as she finished the eliminations with a 24-point explosion in a 3-2 win against the Banko Perlas. All in all, Alyssa Valdez scored at least 20 points four (4) times.

Not to be outdone is Jaja Santiago of the Chery Tiggo Crossovers who is averaging 15.89 points per game or 4.47 points per set. She contributed a total of 143 points fore her ball club. Fresh from her championship stint in Japan, Jaja Santiago returned to volleyball action in the Philippines with her 11-point debut in a 3-0 easy win versus the PLDT Fibr Hitters. Her best scoring performance came in her team's third game against Balipure where she dropped 23 big points to help her team defeat Balipure, 3-2.

Kat Tolentino of the Choco Mucho Flying Titans is perhaps the most underrated scorer in the league. She currently seats in third place of the best scorers ranking with her record of 15.44 points per game or 4.34 points per set. Her highest output is a 25-point contribution in her team's fifth game. In total, Kat Tolentino scored 139 points during the preliminary round.

MJ Phillips who was the leading scorer after the first week of competition slid to fourth place as she managed to put up 134 points for her team in the elimination round. She is norming 14.89 points per game or 4.19 points per set. More importantly, she is the lone representative of the Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors in the top 10 scoring list. It is however unfortunate that despite her scoring exploits, her team failed to advance to the playoffs.

Completing the top five (5) best scorers of the elimination round is Grazielle Bombita who is averaging 14.78 points per game of 4.03 points per set. She finished the eliminations with 133 points under her belt. Her contribution for the Balipure Defenders is indeed very valuable given the fact that her team struggled to enter the final four.
