The Imus City Bandera is back for the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) 2022 Regular Season which starts on April 25, 2022 at the Batangas City Coliseum. Backed by GLC Truck and Equipment, the Imus City Bandera is one of the twenty (20) competing ball clubs this season.
Some of the games of the MPBL 2022 Regular Season will be aired live on One PH Channel every Mondays and Tuesdays at 9pm.

The Imus City Bandera will rely on the leadership of veterans Allan Mangahas and Leo Najorda who expects a tougher competition this year. According to Leo Najorda, "Magiging mas maganda labanan ngayon kasi nakahanda lahat ng team dahil mahaba na liga ngayon. I hope na makapasok ulit ang Imus sa semis dahil sa tingin ko lalong lumalim ang lineup namin ngayon."
Big men Jessie Saitanan and Rene Pacquiao will also have their hand full in patrolling the paint. MPBL veterans Andrian Celada and Genmar Bragais will surely be a great addition for the team. Can they win the championship this time?
