Zavier Lucero is a lanky 6'6 forward for the University of the Philippines Fighting Maroons in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Basketball Tournament. He previously played for the Cal State Maritime Academy Keelhaulers where he averaged 15.0 points in his first three (3) years.
As one of the highly-sought recruit, Zavier Lucero chose to play for the UP Fighting Maroons despite other offers from the DLSU Green Archers and the Ateneo De Manila University Blue Eagles. Zavier Lucero is eligible to play for two (2) seasons in the UAAP starting Season 84.
