The University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Women's Volleyball Tournament is finally back after the last two (2) seasons were cancelled. It will be remembered that Season 82 was discontinued several games through the season when a nationwide lockdown was declared last March 2020 while Season 83 was also scrapped as the threat of the Covid-19 pandemic remained in 2021.
All teams are now raring to return on the volleyball court after their prolonged hiatus, and all eyes are on the Ateneo Lady Eagles who are the defending champions this season. Can the Ateneo Lady Eagles repeat or will a new team emerge as champion?
