Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards Lineup, Roster and Players for the 2022 MPBL Regular Season

The Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards are serious in bringing home the MPBL Championship trophy in the 2022 season. After falling short in the 2021 invitational tournament finals against the Basilan Steel, Nueva Ecija recruited the core of the Basilan Steel including Michael Juico, Philip Manalang, Jonathan Uyloan, Hesed Gabo and Jay Collado.

The lineup of the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards is arguably the strongest on paper given the depth of its bench. It can even be said that the 3rd stringers of the team can start for other's squad. Inevitably, the expectations are therefore sky high as the team is the heavy favorites in taking the championship this season.

In addition to the core of the Basilan Steel who were recruited to the Rice Vanguards this season, Nueva Ecija enlisted the services of big man Will McAloney who was recently unsigned as PBA free agent.  Hometown kid Clark Derige and Renz Palma will also reinforce the revamped Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards.

Michael Mabulac who carried the Nueva Ecija Rice Vanguards during the 2021 Invitational Tournament remained as he aim to finally win a title in the MPBL. Byron Villarias, Renz Palma and Jonathan Uyloan also opted to stay with the Rice Vanguards.
