The PVL announced the individual awardees who shone the brightest in their respective roles after the end of the 2022 PVL Invitational Conference. Tots Carlos of the Creamline Cool Smashers won the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the conference and the Best Opposite Spiker Plum.

Her teammate Ced Domingo notched the Finals MVP after lifting the Cool Smashers in their winner-take-all finals match against the visiting King Whale Taipei volleyball team. Not to be outdone is Qiu Shi-Qing of King Whale Taipei who emerged as the best libero.

King Whale also produced another awardee in the person of Liao Yi-Jen. She secured the Best Setter award for her team that won the 1st runner up in their first ever participation in the PVL.

Insofar as blocking is concerned, the dynamic duo of Mika Reyes and Dell Palomata stamped their class in the middle to bag the Best Middle Blocker awards. Their team, unfortunately, went home emptyhanded as they bowed out against Cignal in their bronze medal match.

The reigning champions Creamline Cool Smashers made a splash yet again in the individual awards as three (3) of its players won various individual awards. In addition to Tots Carlos and Ced Domingo, the phenom Alyssa Valdez brought home the Best Open Spiker award together with Ces Molina of Cignal.
