The PVL 2022 Open Conference has ended with the Creamline Cool Smashers taking home the championship crown. Prior to the second game of the finals series between the Creamline Cool Smashers and the Petro Gazz Angels, the PVL honored the players who excelled in various skills in the 2022 PVL Open Conference.

This season proved to be the breakout season for Diana Mae "Tots" Carlos who romped away as the PVL 2022 Open Conference MVP after he averaged 18.8 points in the elimination rounds until the quarterfinals. As it turns out, she is the third Creamline Cool Smashers player to bring home the MVP plum after Alyssa Valdez and Jema Galanza.
In addition to her MVP crown, Tots Carlos is also the 2022 PVL Open Conference Best Opposite Spiker. Meanwhile, the 2022 PVL Open Conference Best Setter is Angelica Cayuna of the Cignal HD Spikers.
Three other players from Cignal HD Spikers also garnered awards. Frances Molina is one of the 2022 PVL Open Conference Best Outside Spikers together with Gretchel Soltones of the Petro Gazz Angels. In addition, Riri Meneses and Roselyn Doria also of Cignal HD Spikers are the 2022 PVL Open Conference Best Middle Blockers.
Completing the cast of awardees is Dawn Macandili who brought home the 2022 PVL Open Conference Best Libero Award.
