The participating teams in the 2022 University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 Men's Basketball Tournament are the Ateneo Blue Eagles, Adamson Soaring Falcons, DLSU Green Archers, FEU Tamaraws, NU Bulldogs, UE Red Warriors, UP Fighting Maroons and UST Growling tigers. The UAAP Season 85 of men's basketball will start on October 01, 2022.
The UP Fighting Maroons will try to defend their championship crown against the other teams who have been preparing in the pre-season. Can the UP Fighting Maroons defend their trophy or will a new champion be crowned this season?
