The Akari Chargers is the newest team in the PVL (Premiere Volleyball League) yet they are not lacking in talent. Leading the chargers is team captain and setter Michelle Cobb together with fellow setter Jaja Maraguinot.
Other members of the squad are middle blockers Camille Victoria, Krich Macaslang and Ezra Madrigal. Trisha Genesis, Janine Marciano, Jho Maraguinot and Chiara Permentilla are the outside Hitters. Meanwhile, Lycha Ebon, Dindin Santiago-Manabat, Erika Raagas and Eli Soyud are the opposite spikers. Finally, Bang Pineda, Rachel Jorvina and Dani Ravena are the Liberos.

The Akari Chargers will open their campaign in the 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans on February 04, 2023 at 04:00 PM. A week later, they will battle the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers on February 11, 2023 a6 06:00 PM.
On February 14, 2023, the chargers will play against the Cignal HD Spikers at 04:00 PM followed by a game against the Army Lady Troopers on February 21, 2023 also at 04:00 PM.
The Akari Chargers' next assignment is the PLDT High-Speed Hitters on February 28, 2023 at 06:00 PM. They will face the Chery Tiggo Crossovers on March 4, 2023 before setting a duel against the Petro Gazz Angels on March 9, 2023 at 04:00 PM. Lastly, the Chargers will end their conquest for a title against heavily-favored Creamline Cool Smashers on March 14, 2023 at 06:00 PM.
