The Creamline Cool Smashers are back after winning the championship trophy in the recently concluded 2023 PVL All-Filipino Conference. With almost all of its core returning, the Cool Smashers remain as the favorite to win the trophy anew.
The Creamline Cool Smashers are bracketed at Pool A and they will open their campaign against the Chery Tiggo Crossovers on June 27, 2023 at 06:30 PM. They will then battle the newcomer Gerflor Defenders on June 29, 2023 at 01:30 PM.
