MPBL 2023: Adrian Nocum, Egie Boy Mojica, Zach Huang And Other San Juan Knights Will Join 2023 PBA Draft

In his Facebook livestream, Jun Usman of the San Juan Knights announced that seven (7) players of the San Juan Knights will enter their names in the upcoming 2023 PBA draft this September. Athletic guard Adrian Clarence Nocum, San Juan Knights' second (2nd) leading scorer next to Orlan Wamar, will throw his name in the PBA draft.


His departure may put a dent in the offense of San Juan since he is averaging 11.8 points per game so far. Also declaring for the PBA draft is Egie Boy Mojica who is also a key piece for the Knights. He is contributing 7.7 points per outing along with 3.6 rebounds.

Zachary Huang will also compete for a spot in the PBA as he intends to apply for the PBA draft 2023. The shifty forward is one of the Knights' leading scorers with his own average of 10.5 markers per game. On top of his scoring, his presence in the post is likewise beneficial for the Knights as he is grabbing 6.6 boards per game.


Athletic wingman Rhinwil Octobre Yambing will also try his luck in the PBA. His athleticism has drawn comparison to Rhenz Abando. His offense may a need a bit more work as he is posting 5.9 points a game in ten (10) games that he played so far for San Juan.

Reeve Ugsang is another name that will be thrown in the lottery. His numbers of 3.3 points and 2.9 rebounds per game may not that be eye popping but his skillsets could be the thing a team is looking for.

Nikko Panganiban has been a revelation for the General Santos Warriors last season. With his transfer to the San Juan Knights, he still play relevant minutes enough to score 8.4 points and 4.2 boards per match. Completing the list of draft applicants from the San Juan Knights is Kenneth Villapando who owns a statline of 4.3 points and 4.5 rebounds.
