He followed it up with another scintillating performance to lead the Bataan Risers to a crucial 76-73 victory over the Marikina Shoemasters on 19 August 2023 at the Bataan People's Center. In that game, he poured 21 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assists and 3 steals.
With two (2) wins in the said period, the Bataan Risers extended their winning run to six (6). They now hold a record of 13-12 at 9th place, just a few games away from the Marikina Shoemasters who are at 8th place with a record of 14-11.
The Risers need to win all of their remaining Three (3) games but the schedule is tough. Their last three opponents are the Gensan Warriors, Bacoor Strikers and the Muntinlupa Cagers who are all playoff teams in the South Division.
