The Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Pirates reached the final four (4) last season but they were knocked out by the Letran Knights. This season, the Pirates are looking to avenge their bitter loss and to dethron the Letran Knights.
The Pirates will need to rely with their veterans including Mclaude Guadaña, Enoch Valdez, John Matthew Bravo and John Barba. Also part of the squad are Genesis Aviles, Raphael Garro and Renz Villegas.

Head Coach Gilbert Malabanan will return to steer the Pirates in their title campaign this season. With most of his young guns last season maturing, his team will definitely be one of the contenders.
Enoch Valdez will definitely have to carry much of the load together with John Barba, John Matthew Bravo and Shawn Umali. Can they finally bring home a trophy for LPU?
