The Cignal HD Spikers finished at third (3rd) place with a record of 8-3 in the elimination round last conference. Unfortunately, they succumbed to the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, 2-1, in their best of three semi-finals series.
To boost its lineup, the HD Spikers tapped dependable libero Dawn Macandili from the disbanded F2 Logistics Cargo Movers. Aside from her, the HD Spikers also signed up opposite spiker Jovelyn Fernandes also from the cargo movers.
Nonetheless, the team had to release several veterans. Leaving the team are Bia General who transferred to the Choco Mucho Flying titans, Angela Nunag and Jerrili Malabanan.
