The Galeries Tower Highrisers made its debut in the PVL during the recently concluded 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference. It was, however, a rough welcome for them as they only managed to earn a solitary win in 11 games.
The team is determined to turn its fortune around with several acquisitions during the off season. The Highrisers signed opposite hitter France Ronquillo and outside hitter Shola Alvarez.
The Highrisers also added Elyssa Eroa who will make a return in the big league after securing the best libero award in the inaugural conference of the Maharlika Pilipinas Volleyball Association with team Marikina. It also tapped the services of incoming rookie Renee Mabilangan from the National University Lady Bulldogs who opted to forego her collegiate eligibility.
