The Capital1 Solar Energy is the latest team to join the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). It will replace the disbanded F2 Logistics Cargo Movers.
Owned by billionaire Mikee Romero who also owns Northport Batang Pier in the PBA, Capital1 Solar Energy tapped Roger Gorayeb as head coach. It recently held tryouts to fill its roster spots.
One of its major recruits is Heather Guinoo who was left unsigned by her former team. Other notable signings are Jorelle Singh and Bingle Landicho.
