The Pasig Sta. Lucia Realtors is a professional basketball team representing the City of Pasig in the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League. The team was founded in 2018 and was called the Pasig Pirates when they participated as one of the 16 expansion teams in the second (2nd) season or the Datu Cup (2018-2019) of the MPBL.
In the Datu Cup, the team became the whipping boys as they managed to win only four (4) out of the 25 games to finish the season with a 4-21 record. After an embarrassing stint in the Datu Cup, the Sta. Lucia Corporation became the sponsor of the Pasig team which rebranded as the Pasig Sta. Lucia Realtors. The team improved to a record of 18-12 in the Lakan Cup owing to the full support of Sta. Lucia.
The Realtors are back again in the invitational tournament of the MPBL from 11-23 December 2021 as they are aiming to win the invitational championship trophy. You can view the lineup of other MPBL teams here and the team standings of the team here!
