The players of the San Beda Red Lions for the 2022 NCAA Season 98 are Pedro Alfaro III, Yukien Andrada, John Brylle Bamio, Gabriel George Cometa and Jacob Cortez. The other members include Damie Cuntapay, Clifford Jopia, James Kwekuteye and Cyrus Jarell Llarena.
Completing the squad are Ralph Frederick Penuela, Justine Sanchez, Joshua Gavril Tagala, Emmanuel Oliver Tagle, Alex Roeland Visser and Winston Jay Ynot. The San Beda Red Lions is the winningest team in the NCAA with a total of 22 championship trophies to date. However, they failed to add to their total in the past two (2) seasons as they succumbed to their archrival Letran Knights.
The Red Lions have been the most dominant team in the NCAA in the past two (2) decades. Their reign started when they popularized the use of foreign student athletes. The practice of recruiting FSA's has been ended by the NCAA in season 96 or in 2020.
