The Chery Tiggo Crossovers dropped to second (2nd) place with a record of 5-1 after they succumbed to the Creamline Cool Smashers. Despite the loss, the Chery Tiggo Crossovers are sitting comfortably at the second spot and they are poised to enter the playoffs stage.

At third place are the Petro Gazz Angels who own a record of 3-1 after winning their last two (2) games against PLDT High Speed Hitters and Akari Power Chargers. Meanwhile, the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers are at 4th place with a slate of 2-2. Just like the Petro Gazz Angels, the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers bounced back with 2 consecutive wins after losing their first two games against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans and Chery Tiggo Crossovers.
The Cignal HD Spikers occupy the 5th place with a record of 2-2. Although tied with F2 Logistics Cargo Movers, the Cignal HD Spikers has a lower set ratio; thus, the lower ranking. The HD Spikers blanked the United Auctioneers Army, 3-0, last November 3, 2022 to avenge their 1-3 loss against the Creamline Cool Smashers.
The Choco Mucho Flying Titans are 6th in the standing with a 2-3 record. After winning 2 of their first 3 games, the Flying Titans dropped their last 2 games against the Chery Tiggo Crossovers and a heartbreaking 2-3 loss against Akari Power Chargers.
The newest team, Akari Chargers hacked out a crucial win against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans last November 3, 2022 to secure their 2nd win in 6 games and occupy the 7th spot. The win will definitely boost the confidence of the Akari Power Chargers as they aim to enter the playoffs in their inaugural season.
At 8th and 9th place are the PLDT High Speed Hitters and United Autioneers respectively. PLDT holds a 1-4 record while the United Auctioneers Army remains winless in 5 games.
