The National University (NU) Lady Bulldogs is the most dominant women's basketball team in the past seven (7) seasons of the UAAP. After losing in game 3 of the championship match against the DLSU Lady Archers in 2013, the Lady Bulldogs recorded a historic 108 game winning streak which was incidentally ended by the Lady Archers in November 2022.
That historic run saw the Lady Bulldogs earn seven (7) championship trophies which made them virtually invincible against the other teams. This Season 86, the Lady Bulldogs are determined to extend their championship streak to 8.
The NU Lady Bulldogs is composed of Natasha Alcantara, Ma. Daniella Alterado, Jeeuel Rhocel Bartolo, Stefanie Berberabe, Aloja Marie Bestanio, Gypsy May Canuto, Kristine Cayabyab and Camille Clarin. Other members of the squad are Princess Fabruada, Gheralyn Ico, and Jainabah Konateh. You can also check out the lineup of other teams here.
