The Roxas Vanguards is a professional basketball team representing the Municipality of Manuel A. Roxas in Zamboanga Del Norte. The team will participate in the 2021 Second (2nd) Conference of the Pilipinas VisMin Super Cup, a new professional regional basketball league which mainly caters to teams based in the Visayas and Mindanao, which will be held in the city of Pagadian.
Roxas Vanguards will be bannered by ex-professionals Marlon Basco, Cyrus Tabi, Jerick Nakpil, James Martinez, and Marlon Monte. The team will likewise be reinforced by VisMin players including Levi Dela Cruz II, Alexander Mandreza, Nick Abanto, Mel Mabigat, Jaymar Gimpayan, Jeson Delfinado, Mario Bonleon, and Jon Lee Valin.
Completing the squad are homegrown players Joshua Templo, Adolf Adante, and Ken Sagura. Coach Alvin Grey will steer the team from the sidelines.
