The individual awardees for the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference are Mylene Paat, Lindsey Vander Weide, Ria Beatriz Duremdes, MJ Phillips, Roselyn Doria, Myla Pablo, Jia De Guzman and Alyssa Valdez. They were awarded after the Petro Gazz Angels dumped the Cignal HD Spikers to win the championship trophy last December 06, 2022.
Mylene Paat secured the conference Most Valuable Player (MVP) award of the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference after a stellar season wherein she recorded 160 points coming from 148 spikes, nine (9) blocks and three (3) aces. She is the only Filipino on the PVL's list of top scorers this conference. Aside from the MVP award, Mylene Paat was also selected as the best opposite spiker.

Lindsey Vander Weide secured the Finals MVP trophy after leading the Petro Gazz Angels in winning the championship trophy against the Cignal HD Spikers. Her Teammate MJ Phillips was chosen as one of the Best Middle Blockers while fellow Petro Gazz Player Myla Pablo was likewise selected as one of the Best Outside Spikers.
The Creamline Cool Smashers produced several awardees in Alyssa Valdez and Jia De Guzman. Alyssa Valdez won the Best Outside Spiker Award together with Myla Pablo. Meanwhile, Jia De Guzman secured another Best Setter trophy to her collection.
Other awardees are Ria Beatriz Duremdes of Chery Tiggo Crossovers who won the Best Libero Award. Roselyn Doria joined MJ Phillips as the Best Middle Blockers of the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference.
