The PVL gave recognition to the players who excelled in the recently concluded 2023 PVL Invitational Conference. Ces Molina of the Cignal HD Spikers is the Conference MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference.
Meanwhile, Ohshima Kyoka bagged the Finals MVP award after she recorded 5 points and 19 excellent sets in their thrilling 5-set win against the defending champion Creamline Cool Smashers. Her teammate Asaka Tamaru was selected as one of the two (2) best Outside Spikers together with Alyssa Valdez of the Creamline Cool Smashers.

Ces Molina is not the only player from Cignal HD Spikers who took home an individual award. Aside from her, Gel Cayuna of Cignal HD Spikers proved her worth as she earned the best setter award.
The Creamline Cool Smashers also had several players in the list of individual awardees. Joining Alyssa Valdez are Tots Carlos and Ced Domingo who took home the Best Opposite Spiker and Best Middle Blocker awards.
Completing the set of awardees are Kath Arado of the PLDT High Speed Hitters who bagged the Best Libero Award. Meanwhile, Mary Joy Baron ended her season in flying colors after she joined Ced Domingo as the two (2) best Middle Blockers.
